CDM spout pouch is a specialized version of a doypack or flat bottom pouch designed for liquids, concentrates, sauces, functional drinks, and children’s products, where dispensing control is just as important as protection. The cap becomes a convenient user interface, allowing repeated opening and closing while protecting against spills and loss of freshness.

We design laminate structures and cap integration to ensure the proper rigidity of the pouring zone, the sealing integrity, and compatibility with filling and pasteurization/thermal processing where required. Combining the cap system with a display window, attractive printing and ergonomic grip allows the package to be treated as a convenient bottle in flexible form.

- PE/PET/MET/CPP/BOPP/PAP laminates and monomaterial PE/PE and PP/PP
- available capacities from a few grams to several kilograms
- closures such as single/multi-track zipper, Velcro fastener, dispensing cap
- various hanging options, including euro slot, round holes, “three-finger” handles, carry handle
- bottom styles including classic doy, K-seal, plow bottom, three-side seal sachet
- types of caps: dispensing, flip-top, tamper-evident, sports, aseptic
- reinforced, pasteurization-resistant, and shock-resistant pouring zone
- available capacities: from 100 ml sachets to 2-liter family packs
