Flat Bottom Pouch CDM is a package designed for bulk food products such as coffee, breakfast cereals, pasta, groats, rice, snacks, sweets, nutrition products, and supplements, which need to look great and travel safely over long distances. CDM’s Flat Bottom Pouch
We produce flat-bottom pouches from laminates with any chosen film structure, as well as from combinations of film and paper — with an optional laser-cut display window in a selected shape. The sides of the package can remain transparent to showcase the product or be printed consistently with the front and back, creating a unified visual identity for the line. We offer various closure types — including a pocket zipper, classic zip closure, and hook-and-loop fastener — as well as the option of a valve (coffee valve), which is essential for freshly roasted coffee. Laser easy-tear perforation makes the first opening easier, and appropriately selected barriers protect against moisture, oxygen, and UV radiation, significantly extending product freshness and stability. What is more, thanks to its specific geometry, the flat bottom offers a significantly larger capacity than a comparably sized doypack, while maintaining excellent filling and storage ergonomics. In monomaterial and recyclable versions, this packaging fits modern sustainable development strategies.
