Laboratory testing
CDM Packaging has a modern laboratory that enables comprehensive testing of the technical parameters, safety and durability of flexible packaging.
LABORATORY TESTING
Equipped with top-class equipment, our laboratory carries out independent tests in line with BRCGS, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and EU regulations, minimizing risk for business partners. The scope of testing covers key aspects of packaging material quality and functionality:
- Barrier tests: analysis of protection against oxygen, moisture and UV light (EVOH, ALOx, MET).
- Substance migration tests: compliance control for food-contact and chemical-contact requirements.
- Mechanical strength: tests of seals, perforations and structure under load.
- Sensory parameters: assessment of the packaging’s impact on aroma, taste and product appearance.
- Process control: verification of lamination, printing and perforation for repeatability.
Cooperation with Łódź University of Technology, West Pomeranian University of Technology and the Natureef Association supports the development of new research methods and the validation of innovative solutions before production implementation.
